Magma mice are quite harmless alone, but usually swarm as a pack.
Magma mice are the elementals of Magma, making them a combination of Earth and Fire. They live in the heart of active volcanoes and feed off of molten rock. Magma mice are considered by many to be fairly cute, which has made them the unfortunate pet of many a sorcerer. Alone their power is negligible, and they can be killed fairly easily by cooling them down. In groups, however, as they tend to be found, they are a biting, burning swarm of furry little rodents.
The bite of a Magma Mouse also causes an infection known as Firefever, a sickness which makes the victim eventually cook themselves from the inside out. They can be harvested for their venom, which is often used for quite dangerous purposes.
